Our recommendations
Our recommendations before performing asanas:
- do not eat heavy meals 2 hours before and 1 hour after yoga class
- perform each asana within the limits of your own comfort - a position should be comfortable, followed by the feeling of pleasant stretch
- pay attention to the instructions given by teacher
- make sure you are doing your practice in well ventilated, peaceful and warm ambient
- wear comfortable clothes
