is a style of yoga that combines selected physical exercises (asanas),
breathing techniques (pranayama), meditation (dyana) and mantras.
It belongs to a family of integrative approaches to yoga that have their
roots in the housands of years old tantric tradition.

"Kundala" in Sanskrit means a circular ring, in the Mahabharata it means a sleeping snake
(naga) curled up in a circle, and in 11th century tantrism it means Shakti - vital energy without
end or beginning. It symbolizes the dormant strength, energy and potential of our being.

The training is conducted in a combination of two modules:

The first module lasts 5 months (theory and practice).
It is conducted online in real time with lecturers via the Zoom platform, with the guidance of Professor Predrag Nikić and his associates.
Theory and kundalini yoga practice takes place once a week and is adapted to the development needs of each participant.

The second module includes only yoga practice:
- Kundalini initiation;
- GKA (Golden Kundalini Activation)
It is conducted in-person in yoga ashram European
House Of Yoga Light.
The initiation with kundalini activation will be conducted
on the weekend Friday, Saturday and Sunday (June 6 -
8, 2025), during which participants will practice
kundalini yoga.
Only those who have previously enrolled Module 1 can
participate in the initiation weekend.
